What works during the off-season?
The public season recap and personal Pujo Rewind remain available. Route planning, live crowd updates, navigation and community features are resting until next season.
Is my account deleted?
No. The seasonal closure does not itself delete your account or saved data. Ghuri’s privacy and data retention policy still applies.
Can I keep my Rewind?
The finished experience will let you save a copy of your personal recap. This preview lets you save an illustrated sample keepsake as a PNG.
What if I have no recorded trips?
You can still enjoy the public season recap. A personal Rewind appears when there is enough recorded activity to make one.
Where do I get help or request deletion?
Support and data deletion requests will remain available during the off-season.
